HGH the new killer sports drug
28th September 2010
human growth hormone, or (HGH) has been on the market for some-time now but has only come to light over the past year or two, boxers were the first that I knew of taking the drug as testing is very lax in that sport. It is now threatening London's 2012 Olympics and could turn the event into a shambles. But lets look at the side effects of this drug: HGH boosts muscle mass and often performance but any improvement is short-term and there's a high price.  Side-effects include heart disease, diabetes, fluid retention, pins and needles, breast enlargement in men and even erectile dysfunction and loss of libido - all of which is the very opposite of the image of a healthy, successful, red-blooded athlete which most HGH abusers aspire to.
