Whether you have a query about the consultation process, a health condition, symptoms, medication, or want to make a complaint, feel free to contact us.
We pride ourselves in our dedicated team, and are committed to providing a high quality service. However, should you wish to make a complaint, you can use the Contact Us form, or send an addressed letter to either the General Manager or Superintendent Pharmacist. We will aim to acknowledge all complaints and other general queries within 3 working days, and respond within 7 working days of receipt.
