The PIL states to take 1 tablet as needed, at least 30 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. You can then achieve an erection when sexually stimulated.
The tablets can be taken with or without food, however need to be swallowed whole with water and you should not take more than 1 tablet a day.
Cialis Together is not recommended for continuous daily use (see Cialis Daily for this type of use).
