Do I need to be a certain
age to order?
- Yes - You must be 18+ years of age to order.
Is ordering online safe /
secure?
- Yes - Our online ordering facility is via
secure 128bit encryption for all credit / debit card transactions.
Will you pass-on any of
my details to a third party?
- No - We keep all customer / patient details
in the strictest confidence, especially any medical information.
- We will not pass-on any personal information
without your written permission.
- We will send you a copy of the medical questionnaire
and your answers, along with a letter to give to your own
doctor / physician inkeeping with the 'Good Medical Practice'
as set out by the GMC.
- We will use your address or email to contact
you so that we can monitor your progress on the relevant
therapy.

Are there any delivery
charges?
- There are no delivery charges in U.K (including
Northern Ireland), but there is a £10.00 charge for
deliveries outside the UK.
What if I don't want to pay
by credit / debit card?
- You can print-out the order form and post
it to us with a cheque, or a postal order.

To whom do I make cheques
/ postal orders payable, if I pay by this means?
- All cheques or postal orders must be made
to "Medical Specialists Company Ltd" in UK Pounds
Sterling ("GBP").
In which currency can
I pay?
- In UK Pounds Sterling ("GBP"),
if paying by cheque / postal order. If ordering via credit
/ debit card, the issuing bank will automatically convert
the currency when your card is debited.

Can I order by post / fax?
- Yes - You can print-out the order form and
post to us with your credit / debit card details, a cheque,
or a postal order.
When will my card be debited,
or cheque / postal order cashed?
- We will not debit your card or cash your
cheque / postal order until your order and medical details
have been reviewed by a doctor and prescription(s) issued
(where necessary).

What if my order isn't
approved by the doctor?
- If your order is not initially approved,
we will contact you to obtain further information, discuss
the answers to your medical questions, or notify you that
you were rejected.
- If, in the end, your order is rejected, there
will be no charge, and you will be notified.
If my order is approved,
when will it be despatched?
- All orders via credit / debit card will be
despatched within 24 hours after the doctor's approval,
via Parcel Force (Royal Mail).
- All orders via cheque / postal order will
be despatched within 24 hours of payment clearance / funds
transfer, after the doctor's approval, via Parcel Force
(Royal Mail).

What if the delivery address
is different from the card holder's address (if I pay by this
means)?
- We will verify all addresses with the card
issuers prior to despatching any orders.
- If there are any questions or discrepancies,
the order may be delayed until all information is clarified.
How are the items packaged
/ delivered?
- Our service is fully confidential with no
embarrassment - All orders are sent in discrete and private
packaging.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
- No - For security reasons, we do not deliver
to P.O. Boxes.
Will I have to sign for the
delivery?
- Yes - For security reasons, you will be required
to sign for the delivery.

Will I have to pay any import
taxes or customs duties?
- It will depend on your local laws, but Medical
Specialists Company Ltd cannot be held responsible for import
rules or duty / tax of receiving country, the person making
the order will be responsible.
Will the items I ordered
match exactly to those pictured on the Web Site?
- Packaging design and quantity-per-pack may
vary from that pictured, because of variations from the
manufacturer, but you WILL receive the total quantity you
ordered, of genuine manufacturer's products.

Will the products
I order include any instructions for use?
- Yes - All medicines will contain instructions,
in English only.
- Please follow all manufacturer's instructions
carefully.
- Please discuss your therapy with your own
doctor / physician and arrange with either us or your own
GP to be monitored with check ups.
Will I be able to return
the products?
- It is prohibited to accept returns of prescription
medication - we therefore cannot accept returns or refunds
- please be sure that the medication you order is what you
actually want / need by discussing with your own doctor
/ physician.

What happens if I get a side-effect?
- You must discontinue the therapy and inform
us immediately.
- You should arrange to visit our clinic or
your own doctor / physician immediately.

- Be sure to notify your own doctor of any
medication that you purchase and take, or that you intend
to purchase and take.
